Displacement is more than just losing a home, it’s the upheaval of everything familiar, the emotional and psychological shifts that come with life’s unexpected changes. Eviction is an upcoming art series and exhibition that explores the many faces of displacement through storytelling and artistic interpretation.
I’m seeking personal stories from individuals who have experienced sudden, life-altering change, whether through physical eviction, migration, loss, or any other event that redefined their sense of place and identity. Your story matters. Through this project, I aim to create a space where voices are heard, experiences are honored, and connections are forged.
Selected stories will be woven into the exhibition through visual art, poetry, immersive installations, and interactive elements. You don’t need to be an artist to participate, just someone willing to share their experience.
If you have a story to tell, I’d love to hear from you. Submissions can be written, audio-recorded, or shared in conversation. If selected, we will work together to ensure your story is represented in a way that feels true to you.

Let’s reshape the narrative of displacement together.
Eviction is an upcoming artistic project that explores the many faces of displacement through storytelling and artistic interpretation.
Displacement is more than losing a home. It is the upheaval of everything familiar, including the emotional and psychological shifts that accompany life’s unexpected changes. Eviction is a space for stories shaped by sudden change, moments when the ground shifted and life became unfamiliar. These experiences do not always look the same, and they do not always come with language. Still, your story matters.
This project exists to listen. It creates a space where voices are heard, experiences are honored, and connections are forged.
You are invited to share your personal story of sudden, life-altering change, whether through physical eviction, migration, loss, or any experience that redefined your sense of place or identity. Your story may become part of future artworks, installations, or written pieces, always approached with care and shared anonymously.
There is no right way to tell your story. Share only what feels true for you. Submissions can be written, audio recorded, or shared through conversation.

Thank you for the courage it takes to share, and for allowing this project to hold your story.
Through each of them, we remind one another that no one is alone in change.
